RETURNS

We endeavour to provide you with the best products and services, and we believe you will be pleased with the items that you purchase from us.  However, for whatever reason you wish to return them, you can do so as long as you notify us within 7 days following the date that you receive the goods.  We will give you a full refund of the value of the products within 30 days as long as the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were in at the time of delivery to you.  We regret that we cannot refund or replace any product that is opened and used unless the item is faulty.

Returns proceedure:

1. You notify us in writing that you wish to return the products.
2. We send you a returns form
3. You fill in the returns form and sent it together with the returned items to:

Once we have received both the completed return form and the returned items, we will issue you a full refund to the value of the products with
